Cathryn Bishop

Advisory/Support Role

Cathryn runs her own interior design business, Cornish Interiors. Born and brought up in Cornwall, after graduating with a BA (Hons) in Interior & Spatial Related Design, she spent several years working for various property developers before setting up her own business. Cathryn has also been appointed as Programme Leader for Plymouth College of Art’s new BA (Hons) Interior Decoration, Design and Styling degree.

Cathryn has designed boutique hotels, restaurants and private residences all over the world, as well as working with the National Trust and designing interiors for Plymouth landmarks such as The Glassblowing House and St Elizabeth’s House.

With over 15 years experience working in the industry, Cathryn, who grew up in St Kew, Cornwall, established Cornish Interiors in 2003, specialising in interior design and project management of any size and style of interior.

Cathryn looks after our rapidly growing group of new members, making sure you will always be greeted at your first event, and introduced to our very friendly members. Outside of work, Cathryn enjoys eating in nice restaurants, staying in posh hotels and generally gazing at luxury interiors!
