Olivia has been an Office Administrator for First Class Builders for 10 years.
Her job involves a range of activities including, business development management and retention, business management and monitoring of resources, personnel and training, implementation and creation of email marketing campaigns, assisting in issues in relation to HR, marketing management, dealing with customers in our showroom and over the phone, as well as aiding other members of the team with various management and administrative tasks. Maintaining files and records with effective filing systems, accept and schedule work to meet contract and customer requirements, reschedule jobs that fall out of programme.
