Dr Karen Dickens holds a BSc in Chemistry & Mathematics and a PhD in Physical Organic Chemistry from King’s College, London. She spent 30 years with ExxonMobil in research, marketing, retail, and global fuels leadership before becoming Chief Executive of MRH (GB) Ltd, successfully transforming and selling the UK’s largest petrol station chain in 2018.
Since “retiring,” Dr Karen Dickens has focused on philanthropy, supporting charities in the UK and Barbados, while also pursuing her passions as CEO of Comitti Boats UK & Caribbean and director/owner of De Villers South West and Radford Motor Company LLC
